Description
The Cavendish London is a 230 bedroom 4-star deluxe hotel, perfectly located in the heart of central London's Piccadilly, equidistant from Green Park and Piccadilly Circus stations. We are a contemporary hotel, with great facilities, including 5 well equipped & stylish Meeting/Conference Rooms, a relaxing lounge & bar and fine dining restaurant.
We are seeking a professional, experienced and self-motivated Night Concierge with excellent customer service skills to join our Concierge team. As Night Concierge you will be reporting to the Head Concierge whilst working closely together with the Front Office Nights team.
On any given shift, as Night Concierge you will be required to:
• Give our guests a highly courteous and personable welcome and departure according to the required standards, aiming to exceed their expectations
• Ensure safety and security of the car parking area, parked cars and customers on premises
• Provide exceptional services to our guests by demonstrating full knowledge of our products, services and local area
• Work closely with the Nights Team, ensuring a safe and secure environment for our guests, whilst providing the highest service standard possible
To be successful as Night Concierge ideally you must have:
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Clean and full UK driving license
• Experience with the operation of valet parking
• Brilliant knowledge of London and the local area
• A good command of English is essential, a second language would be advantageous
