Description
The Cavendish London is a 230 bedroom 4-star deluxe hotel, perfectly located in the heart of central London's Piccadilly, equidistant from Green Park and Piccadilly Circus stations. We are a contemporary hotel, with great facilities, including 5 well equipped & stylish meeting/conference rooms, a relaxing lounge, bar and fine dining restaurant.
Part of the Food & Beverage team, reporting to the Food & Beverage Supervisor (each shift), we are seeking passionate, self-motivated and professional candidates striving for service excellence, to join the hotel as Food and Beverage Assistants (waiter/-ress).
On any given shift, our Food & Beverage Assistants are required to:
• Meet and greet our guests, in a courteous and personable manner
• Provide exceptional service to our guests by demonstrating full knowledge of our products, services and facilities
• Ensure that the restaurant, meeting/conference rooms, bar and lounge areas are fully set up and presentable to welcome our customers at all times
• Serve our guests in these areas, preparing drinks and delivering trays to the designated seat/room in a highly courteous manner to the required standard
• Take initiative in accommodating our customers’ needs in a resourceful manner (external and internal clients)
Ideally you must have:
• Fully flexible rotating roster throughout the week
• Passion for people, food and drinks
• A strong sense of professionalism and self-motivation
• A good command of English is essential
