The Cavendish London is a 230 bedroom 4-star deluxe hotel, perfectly located in the heart of central London's Piccadilly, equidistant from Green Park and Piccadilly Circus stations.
We are a contemporary hotel, with great facilities, including 5 well equipped & stylish Meeting/Conference Rooms, a relaxing lounge & bar and fine dining restaurant.
Supervising the team on each shift across Food & Beverage operations, reporting to the Assistant F&B Manager, we are seeking a driven, experienced and professional candidates with a passion for service excellence to join the hotel.
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor on any given shift, you will be required to:
• Manage the smooth running of the F&B operations whilst ensuring that all tasks are completed with consistency and up to our service standards
• Anticipate the customers’ needs whenever possible and pro-actively assist them with any requirements in a courteous and confident manner
• Lead the team by example by providing exceptional service to our guests through the demonstration of full knowledge of our products, services and facilities
• Pro-actively partake in your personal and professional development whilst supporting the supervisors and managers in the training and coaching of the team members to enhance service standards and delivery overall
• Manage systems and any customer-related challenges on an advanced level
To be successful as a Food & Beverage Supervisor, ideally you must have:
• A fully flexible rotating roster throughout the week
• Passion for Food & Beverage overall
• Excellent customer service, communication and problem-solving skills
• A good command of English (essential)
• Previous experience with Micros (desirable)
