Candidates must have the following:
- Minimum of 1 years in a high volume New York City establishment that served a variety of signature cocktails and high end cuisine.
- Experience in setting reservation floor plans and monitoring guest status.
- Genuine excitement in dealing with individuals in a high volume, fast paced environment.
- Fun loving, warm personality.
