Kickstart - Food & Drink Runner

The job of a runner at the exhibit will be delivering food & drinks to tables around the 3 storey building. communicating with the kitchen, floor & bar team, to make sure all customer needs are met.  You will be collecting empty glasses & plates, clearing tables, wiping and resetting tables, and making sure the venue is to a high standard of cleanliness. At the close of the venue, you will be part of a team responsible for resetting the venue to a high standard, ready for the next day’s trading. 

Runners are a core part of our team at the exhibit and we treat them as such. The exhibit is a great gateway into the world of hospitality, as we operate functions, bars & restaurant services.  Working with us will develop conversational skills, customer service, practical restaurant skills & a healthy level of job confidence.
