Description
As a line cook you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, plating and garnishing food items for our guest consumption to the standards of The Flatiron Room and its’ Executive Chef. Recipes are expected to be followed exactly and consistently. You are also responsible to work with other kitchen staff as a team towards meeting all Department of Health standards and requirements regarding cleanliness, inventory care, and safe cooking methods.
This is mainly a night position but flexibility is required for banquets.
