Barback
• Serve as an assistant to all bartenders and servers
• Batch cocktails, make juices, purees, and garnishes
• Fill/refill all ice bins, juices, paper products, etc.; restock all beers, wines and other liquors
• Polish all cleaned glassware and then stocking the bar area with it
• Keep bar dishwashing sinks filled with correct cleaning solution and levels
• Test all juices and dates
• Maintain inventory of all liquor and alert a manager for re-ordering
• Participate in bar daily breakdown via cleaning itinerary sheet
• Provide engaged, friendly and attentive customer service to all guests inclusive of eye contact, respectable conversation and
smiling
• Practice highest regards for safety within all areas and with all materials
• Follow and adhere to all standards set forth by the Board of Health
• Performs other related activities as assigned

*Must be willing to buss and food run when needed.
*Must have a flexible schedule
