Our Flagship site in Piccadilly is looking for our next outstanding Assistant Manager to join our team!

We strive to make speciality coffee accessible and enjoyable for all. Serving superb coffee in creative and inspiring surroundings, alongside fresh seasonal food.

As the company grows we are constantly looking at development of our team members, with new sites pegged to open throughout this and next year there is a fantastic opportunity for growth within the business.

What we are looking for in our Assistant Manager:
We need people who not only love coffee but love people, as putting customers at the heart of everything you do in the front of house role is key. All our staff have a passion for coffee and love interacting with customers. We want your personalities to shine through and ensure each and every customer’s demands are catered for.

Areas of Responsibility:

- Ability to lead, coach and develop a team

- Ability to run the store in the General Managers absence

- Passion for quality coffee

- Engaging personality

- Honesty and straightforwardness

- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and maintain a calm demeanour

- Experience in training other staff to make coffees

- Exceptional attention to detail

- Clear understanding of milk texturising, brew ratios and extraction
