Description
Jean-Georges Management seeks an individual with a desire for challenge and a talent for hospitality & service to fill a Manager position at The Inn at Pound Ridge in Westchester.
The perfect candidate will possess "hands-on" fine dining service skills, attention to detail, commitment to hospitality and the proven ability to be a leader. FULL AVAILABILITY- daytime hours, evening hours and weekends. Previous supervisory experience in a New York City dining establishment preferred. Experience in various capacities of restaurant staff (ie: server, host, bartender, runner, etc.) strongly preferred. Participation in wine/beverage related program within the past five years preferred. Honest and reliable.
Advanced knowledge of food & beverage, Avero, Open Table/Resy and Aloha required. Candidates must possess at least three years of fine dining experience.
