Description
Server assistants are expected to serve bread and butter, assist with dining room setup, breakdown and resetting, polishing glasses and plates, assisting with timely completion of multiple checklists, assisting valet when needed and have the ability to meet the expectations of a 5 Star/5 Diamond property, which includes coming to work well-groomed and well-presented (proper uniform at all times, and smiles count!) We are looking for candidates who have previous hotel or restaurant experience strongly preferred, but not essential.
