Description
Back servers need to have a basic knowledge of fine dining etiquette, to communicate essential information to team members, assisting with dining room setup, breakdown and resetting, walking food to appropriate tables and positions all while providing an outstanding level of service. Engage guests with a friendly smile and compassionate attitude all while providing 5 star/ 5 diamond service, which includes coming to work well-groomed and well-presented. Previous hotel or restaurant experience strongly preferred.
