Description
As a Reservations Agent you will represent the property daily via phone and email as the “voice” and first impression for guests of The Inn at Little Washington. Daily tasks include handling incoming calls regarding room and dinner reservations, as well as general inquiries and special requests, communicating various room types, menu options and additional services. The ideal candidate will be engaging with guests and provide a flawless customer experience. Office experience is preferred but not essential.
