ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT – THE LANDMARK LONDON HOTEL *****
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join our Finance team, on a permanent basis (full-time).
We are now seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Accounts Assistant who has a positive and “can do” attitude. It is essential to have excellent communication skills, team work attitude and great attention to detail.

The responsibilities of an Accounts Assistant are:

• To check all banqueting postings against sales contract and consumption sheet signed by the client
• To ensure all banqueting invoices are sent out correctly within five working days liaising with the banqueting department to promptly check & return invoices
• To prepare banqueting commission accruals on the first working day of each month
• To prepare monthly reconciliation of Banqueting service charge

The ideal candidate for the Accounts Assistant is required the following:

• Excellent level of English, spoken and written
• Can-do attitude
• Excellent level of accuracy
• Honest and reliable
• Great attention to detail

The Accounts Assistant will work with a dedicated Finance team and will report directly to the Credit Manager. You will be passionate about your work and have the desire to progress your career in a leading five star hotel.
