Description
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Waiter/ress to join our Conference & Banqueting team, on a Casual basis (0 hours contract).

We are now seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Waiter/ress who has the talent to deliver a 5* service at all times, having a positive and “can do” attitude. It is essential to have excellent communication skills, team work attitude and great attention to detail.

The responsibilities of a Conference & Banqueting Waiter/ress are:
• To serve and look after guests’ needs in a professional manner.
• To be vigilant in ensuring that the service provided by you is continuously efficient, friendly and attentive.
• To inform the Headwaiter of guests’ comments or requirements if you cannot resolve them immediately.
• Coming to work on time, and being dressed in the Landmark uniform before the shift starts.
• To do mise-en-place and set ups as directed by the Head Waiters.
• To be responsible for all operating equipment under your control.

The ideal candidate for the Waiter/ress is required the following:
• Great attention to detail
• An ability to stay calm and work as part of a team during a busy service
• Organisational aptitude
• Good communication skills

The Waiter/ress will work with a dedicated and passionate Conference & Banqueting team and will report directly to the Head Waiter. You will be passionate about your work and have the desire to progress your career in a leading five star hotel.
