Description
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Events Sales Associate to join our Events Sales team, on a permanent basis (full-time).
We are now seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Events Sales Associate who has a positive and “can do” attitude. It is essential to have excellent communication skills, team work attitude and great attention to detail.

The responsibilities of an Events Sales Associate are:

• To prepare written proposals for all new enquiries
• To enter accurate and detailed notes into Opera and PMS, along with log of calls in the activities, for all bookings
• To maximise and monitor group rooms and banqueting space according to the Group Selling Guidelines
• To ensure that bookings in Opera and PMS are monitored by the activities and the individual morning report, which is produced daily
• To ensure that your top bookers, contacts and clients, have The Landmark London as their first call, for all Conference and Banqueting needs and requirements
• To ensure that contact details of all new clients and event bookers are communicated to the relevant Sales Manager for follow up

The ideal candidate for the Events Sales Associate is required the following:

• Excellent level of English, spoken and written
• Can-do attitude
• Excellent level of accuracy
• Honest and reliable
• Great attention to detail

The Events Sales Associate will work with a dedicated Finance team and will report directly to the Deputy Director of Events Sales. You will be passionate about your work and have the desire to progress your career in a leading five star hotel.
