ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently looking for a passionate Front Office Clerk, to join our Front Office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and welcoming team on a permanent basis, and help us to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other.

At The Landmark London, our purpose is to enrich the journeys of our people and our guests and as a Front Office Clerk, your main duties will include:

• To always display a caring, responsive and professional attitude
• To answer all telephone calls within three rings.
• To answer all guest queries in the most professional manner with regard to facilities, services and other features of The Landmark London.
• To be familiar with the department’s Minimum Operating Standards as well as the LQA Operating Procedures
• To check-in guests and perform subsequent administrative procedures, ensuring speedy allocation of rooms by good liaison with Housekeeping and Room Service, through monitoring departures and room status.

As a Front Office Clerk, you will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
