The Landmark London is recruiting for a Commis Chef.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently looking for a passionate Commis Chef to join our Kitchen Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and welcoming team on a permanent basis, and help us to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other.
At The Landmark London, our purpose is to enrich the journeys of our people and our guests and as a Commis Chef, your main duties will include:
• Dedication and commitment, in order to deliver the highest level of quality at all times.
• Have a great passion for food.
• Be creative, a real team player and have great communication skills.
• Have previous experience in a similar role in a five star hotel or 2 AA Rosette restaurants.
• Have a good understanding and practical knowledge of cooking.
• Have the drive and vision to further your career.
As a Commis Chef, you will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
