We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Floor Supervisor to join our fantastic team at The Breakfast Group and have the opportunity to grow within our expanding group of venues.

What are we looking for from ideal candidate?

• Interest in self-development and growth
• Experience in managing guest experience, complain handling and atmosphere management
• Leading Floor team and driving their training, engagement and motivation
• Willingness to support and drive business strategies
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Extraordinary attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
