• Demonstrate expertise in managing stock, GP targets, and wage budgets across multiple departments.
• Have the ability to identify and implement creative strategies to meet revenue and profit goals.
• Excel in working with sales and marketing teams to boost sales and revenue.
• Be experienced in managing FOH teams, fostering junior management growth, and driving staff engagement.
• Shine in delivering exceptional private parties and corporate events for a variety of clients.
• Possess outstanding communication skills and a diverse approach to managing concepts from high-volume premium bar sales to casual dining services.
• Stay calm and effective under pressure while maintaining extraordinary attention to detail.
• Have a confident grasp of UK licensing, food hygiene, and health & safety legislation.
• Exhibit strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a creative touch for food and drink menus.
