We are looking for fun experienced Waiting Team to come join our team. Do you love hosting and looking after guests? If so, join our fantastic team at The Lifeboat! You will be trained and have fun whilst working in a beautiful location, with good pay and generous tips.

The Lifeboat  

The Lifeboat is a classic inn; step through our door and you can feel the history that is soaked into the very timbers of the building. Order a drink at a bar which has served guests for generations, sit by the fireplace which has kept winter’s chill at bay through the ages, and enjoy the same welcoming atmosphere that has existed here for centuries. We serve excellent traditional food, a great selection of ales, wines and spirits, and have sixteen special rooms where you can spend a night or two in comfort. 

 We’re set on the very edge of Thornham village, overlooking the fields and beautifully unspoilt expanses of salt marshes. This unique landscape changes throughout the year and is a haven for wildlife – away from the inn often the only thing you’ll hear is the sound of birds, and the waves rolling on to the nearby beach. We’re an oasis of calm in an increasingly busy world - visit us and feel the peace and tranquility around you.
