Description
Our ideal candidate must be highly motivated and possess a minimum of 1-2 years in NYC Hospitality Experience with a minimum of 2 years NYC Restaurant Management Experience.
A Few Other Qualifications:
• Food Handlers Certificate.
• Have experience hiring, scheduling, training, motivating and disciplining staff members
• Have exceptional / personal guest service, front of the house skills & the ability and knowledge to deliver consistently excellent customer service.
• Must be passionate, open to constructive criticism, and available nights and weekends.
• Inventory management experience.
• Must be quick and organized.
• Have strong interpersonal skills.
• Have strong team-building skills.
• Highly detail oriented, clean and professional.
