Breakfast Waiter / Waitress

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and guest focused Breakfast Waiter / Waitress in the Food and Beverage department at the Milestone Hotel. The main focus of the role will be to provide guests with outstanding levels of service in the restaurant for Breakfast, Lunch and Afternoon tea.

Shift times: 6.30am - 3pm

The Milestone Hotel and Residences, part of the Red Carnation Hotel Collection, is a beautiful five star hotel located opposite Kensington Palace Gardens and close to The Royal Albert Hall. Part of Leading Hotels of the World, this property has 44 individually designed bedrooms, 12 luxury suites and 6 long-stay apartments, a classic lounge area for Afternoon Tea, Cheneston’s Restaurant (2 Rosettes) and unique Stables Bar. The hotel is renowned for delivering exceptional and attentive customer service.

Key responsibilities of the Breakfast Waiter/Waitress will include:

• Ensuring prompt and professional guest service
• Assisting with Room Service/Conference and Banqueting where required
• Setting up and clearing down tables
• Taking orders and serving guests
• Maintaining restaurant equipment
• Assisting the conference and banqueting department where required
