The Food and Beverage department currently seek a passionate Restaurant Manager to join our welcoming and friendly team.

Key responsibilities of the Restaurant Manager will include:

• Ensuring prompt and professional guest service
• Maintaining high company standards
• Managing service periods
• Being involved in training and development of the department
• Stock and financial control

The ideal candidate for the Restaurant Manager should:

• Have relevant experience
• Be an excellent team player
• Be able to work well under pressure
• Have a friendly, flexible and professional attitude
• Be able to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English
