Description
The Front of House department is looking for a Reservations Agent to provide our guests with outstanding service.
Key responsibilities of the Reservations Agent will include:
• Consistently offering a professional, friendly and engaging service
• Booking and entering guest reservations following the required standards
• Compiling guests accounts and fulfilling administrative duties
• Updating reservations ensuring a flawless check in and out process
• Ensuring revenue is maximised by selling guest rooms and recommending hotel facilities
• Answering the telephone and email enquires in a timely manner to give the required information to the guest
The ideal candidate for this Reservations Agent position should:
• Have relevant experience
• Be an excellent team player
• Be able to work well under pressure
• Have a friendly, flexible and professional attitude
• Be able to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English
