Job Summary:
To supervise and coordinate the operations of allocated Food and Beverage areas within Ocean Terrace, ensuring that all team members perform their duties accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with The Oyster Box’s established standards. The role is focused on maintaining the highest levels of service excellence and operational performance, while upholding the policies and procedures outlined in the operating manual. The Assistant Restaurant Manager plays a key role in supporting staff development, guest satisfaction, and the seamless execution of daily service.
Minimum Requirements:
· Minimum 2-3 years ‘experience in a supervisory or Assistant Restaurant Manager role within a 5-star environment
· Knowledgeable on Micros point of sale system and Microsoft Office
· Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
·
A hospitality
related qualification will be advantageous

Key Responsibilities:
· Support the Restaurant Manager in planning, organizing and supervising daily restaurant operations
· To ensure consistently exceptional food and beverage service is rendered to every guest in the restaurant
· To establish and maintain happy, healthy and stable working relations with all staff and management
· To maintain and oversee execution of RCH Standards
· To maintain departmental budgets and ensure departmental profitability
· Ensure compliance with all health, safety and hygiene standards
