Job description:
The Assistant Manager will serve to exceed each customer's expectation of fine dining experience. You will maintain standards for food, beverage, service, and atmosphere while building positive customer relations. The Assistant Manager will support the management team and assist with the execution of all company initiatives, policies and procedures in attaining budgeted goals and sales growth.

Qualifications:
Prior restaurant management experience in a high-volume upscale or fine dining environment
Effective communication skills
Ability to deliver operational excellence
Strong beverage/wine knowledge and experience
Strong organization, communication, and problem solving skills
Thorough understanding of FOH operations
High level of motivation and ability to follow instructions
Purchasing & receiving experience
Mentoring and development skills
