Description
Established high volume restaurant is looking for friendly and energetic people for a lead line cook and line cook position in La Cañada. The Flintridge Proper is a full service casual fine dining restaurant featuring a from-scratch kitchen ran by Chef Jōb Carder, voted two times best chef in the Pasadena area, with an extensive craft cocktail program. Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of three years cooking experience in a chef driven restaurant. Named the Best Gin Bar by LA Weekly and one of the 23 Essential Bars to visit in 2016. We are located near the foothills of the San Gabriel Mountains, minutes from the Silver Lake area and the city of Pasadena in Los Angeles County.
Qualifications:
• Skilled in handling and preparing meats, fish and vegetable
• Experienced in sauté and grill stations
• Can follow specific direction
• Motivated to be the best they can be
• Extremely organized
• A flexible schedule
• Dinner hours will be required
