In Room Dining Night Coordinator & Server

In-room dining at The Savoy features an extensive selection of the hotel’s cuisine and beverage options to be enjoyed 24 hours a day within the opulence of a room or suite. As Night Coordinator & Server you will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of orders, with the Savoy service style and sense of theatre that our guests experience throughout their stay.

Summary of Responsibilities:
Reporting to the In Room Dining Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

To be responsible for charging all food and beverage and miscellaneous items in the department
To answer telephones, assist and take orders and requests correctly, recommending and selling as appropriate
To issue guest orders or requests to waiters or butlers
To monitor timing of all orders and advise management of any delays or problems occurring
To check orders for quality and presentation
To prepare all documentation for mini bar waiters
To offer butler service to suite guests if required
To operate all computer systems in accordance with the correct operating standards
To be able to assist other Food and Beverage departments if required

Visa Requirements:
Must be legally eligible to work in the UK. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining UK work authorization.
