In Room Dining Server

To take responsibility for In Room Dining, for the service of Food and Beverage and maximise customer satisfaction through anticipating guest requests and responding to special requests positively. To increase the sales and profitability of the department through up selling and being diligent with Company equipment and standards.

Summary of Responsibilities:
Reporting to the In Room Dining Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:


• To take orders from the guests over the telephone in the agreed manner and procedure.
• To prepare trays for orders and fetch food and beverage from relevant areas of the hotel for service.
• To deliver orders to the rooms, receive signature from guests and retrieve trays once guests have no further use of their trays.
• To assist and organise with the replenishment of the mini bars.


Qualifications:
Previous food and beverage experience required - minimum of one year
High level standard of English is required
High level of computer skills
Able to perform all co-coordinator duties and responsibilities
Well organised and able to prioritize in a busy environment
Physically able to operate efficiently in a day in a limited size office space
Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):
Sitting and working in from of a computer for 8 hrs
Ability to carry and pull heavy loads
Standing, bending and lifting may be required

Visa Requirements:
Must be legally eligible to work in the UK. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining UK work authorization.
