The pastry and bakery kitchens at The Savoy are the backbone of the whole hotel covering all food and beverage departments from biscuits through to banquets; and everything in-between.<br>Our style of food is very much a classical interpretation with modern presentation. We love to do new things and learn new skills and techniques; but we are firm believers in the understanding of classical touch of patisserie and bakery.<br>Now we are hungry for more after our award winning year, and are looking to push ourselves in all areas to making the Savoy patisserie the best possible pastry kitchen in London.
