Restaurant Supervisor
Description
We’re searching for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. You’ll be a role model for your team and will go the extra mile for our guests. You’ll be supportive and approachable, and will share your knowledge to ensure the team feel confident and able to make our guests happy.
We have a range of opportunities available from part time, full time, permanent and seasonal. The roles will begin to start once we are able to re-open the restaurant.
WHAT YOU’LL BE GETTING UP TO:
- Motivating your team by listening to feedback and providing excellent support and training
- Preparing the restaurant for service by planning and delegating tasks
- Effectively communicating with your team and giving feedback on performance
- Ensuring our high standards are maintained and our restaurant looks its best at all times
- Assisting with planning rota’s for your team and arranging cover where needed
KEY SKILLS
- Awareness of customer needs and outstanding service
- Ability to effectively lead a team
- Demonstrating comprehensive company knowledge
The Seafood Restaurant was the first restaurant opened by Rick Stein and Jill Stein in 1975. The Seafood Restaurant in Padstow is famous for establishing an international reputation for the very freshest fish and shellfish, often landed on our doorstep. In the centre of the restaurant is a Seafood Bar where guests can enjoy watching chefs assembling platters of oysters, langoustines and sashimi.
