Chef driven, fast paced west side classic is looking for new members to join our team. We are a seasonally driven restaurant that focuses on old world technique and modern Italian flavors. Our food exemplifies our scratch kitchen philosophy, with pastas made by hand daily, produce from the local farmers' market, whole animal butchery and everything made and sold the same day.
We are looking for chefs that-
• Know how to work as a team member
• Have at least 2 years experience in like minded environment.
• Display strong technique and cooking ability.
• Have the ability to operate a clean and precise working environment.
• Be hungry for knowledge and able to learn from others.
• Have a strong understanding of cooking techniques
• Knowledge of DOH protocols.
• Are familiar with local products and imported goods.
