Job Specification: Front of House Team Member

To support our mission of to create a collection of iconic pubs and country inns, celebrating the best of British and supporting our local heroes with all things food.

Overview of the role
Using your personality and communications skills to serve customers, meet and exceed their expectations. You will also be showing a willingness to learn about the hospitality industry and being a great team player .................................................................................................................

• Be a role model to your team and ensure punctuality and perfect presentation every customer, every time. .......................................................................................................................................
• To understand and display the Cirrus Values

• To work well with other Cirrus Family members as part of the team

• To complete your initial training in the first four weeks and be enthused to learn more

Operational (magic)
• To go out of your way to exceed guest expectations, delivering exceptional standards of service - asking for help where needed .................................................................................................................
• To bring your best self to work in presentation, service and hygiene ................................................................................................................
• To stay up to date on knowledge relating to products on both the bar and food menu, this includes information relating to allergens and dietary needs.

• Ensure you are alert to maximising department revenue through upselling and correct posting/revenue capture. Achieved through focused customer care. Generate ideas to improve sales on the site.

• To engage with guests, monitor, act on feedback. To champion guest interaction and ensure they remain at the heart of everything we do.
