As Sous Chef, you will thrive on taking responsibility, driving standards, delivering
consistently, developing your team, challenging yourself and the things you see
around you.
Our kitchens are busy places so as Sous Chef a level head, great organisation,
delivered every time, with a smile, is the key to success.
What do you need….
Experienced as a Sous Chef or in a gastro pub kitchen
Experienced in high volume kitchens
Be comfortable and positive talking with both guests and teams
Be passionate about using fresh and seasonal produce
Able to put together and properly cost menus that suit our guests
Be great at motivating your team, leading by example
Be organised and have a flexible approach to working hours
Be good with your kitchen numbers
Have good knowledge of HACCP, COSHH and Food Safety
