Front of House Supervisor

The Win-Dow had become an essential destination on the westside, serving 4000 to 5000 guests a week. We are known for our chef and product driven food, warm and quick service, and delicious value.

We are looking a highly motivated individual to join our team as the Front of the House Supervisor, who possess a relentlessly positive attitude and care deeply about creating an amazing guest experience.

You Possess:
• 2-3 years of experience as a Front of the House Supervisor in fine dining or fast casual restaurant
• Strong leadership skills, problem-solving skills, communication and time management ability
• A focus on the details, especially food quality, food safety and sanitation, and cleanliness
• An active ServSafe Food Safety Certificate
• A flexible schedule. Mornings, nights, weekends and holidays are required
