Data Analyst - Loyalty Programme
At The Works the Together Rewards loyalty programme has over 9.5 million customers of which 4.6 million are registered members. The Data Analyst will play a central role to understand both our customers and the performance of our loyalty programme in order to improve what we do and drive commercial value.
As one of the
leading Grocery Stores showed, an effective loyalty strategy can operate as the
“heatbeat” of a company by providing an infrastructure to understand
customers. This knowledge can then be
used to connect product buyers, store operations, network planning and
marketing to the customer and be a catalyst to transform the business.
The role is to analyse customer data,
measure our successes and identify opportunities. Strive to understand
what the customer thinks, what the customer does and make sense of this insight
to translate this knowledge into practical, actionable solutions which give a
competitive advantage.
The Data Analyst
supports the Head of Loyalty to implement specified projects aimed at helping
the business achieve its objectives. The key functions of the role will be to
work with large amounts of detailed transactional data to identify trends, develop
reports and make recommendations that could transform the business by basing
decisions on what we know rather than what we think.
This
role ideally suited to a Data Analyst who understands retail, is commercially
aware and excited about working on one of the richest loyatly programmes in the
UK.
