The short bit about the role:

We are looking for a Paid Media Executive to join our team and support on delivering the paid media strategy.  You will be responsible for supporting on day-to-day management of our Paid Media campaigns. Working across paid search, shopping, display and social to deliver traffic and revenue to our website. This role would suit someone with an interest in digital marketing, a willingness to take all Google Ads / Analytics exams and who is looking to develop their career in a fast paced and growing business.

Some of the key responsibilities that you will undertake:

  • Support on the day-to-day management of paid media campaigns, ensuring they are always optimised and meeting agreed KPIs (traffic, cpc, revenue and return on ad spend)
  • Work across Google and Bing to manage paid search, shopping and display
  • Work across Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube to manage paid social campaigns
  • Manage paid media budgets against strict targets; ensuring budgets are fluid and delivering the maximum return on investment across channel and platform
  • Analysing performance and implementing optimisations to drive performance
  • Daily, Weekly and Monthly monitoring, analysis and reporting of campaigns
  • Monitor competitor and market trend data
  • Testing and monitoring ad copy/creative/bid management
  • Work closely with the creative teams to promote best practise for creative assets across each platform paid media platforms
  • Keeping on top of trends, liaising with internal teams to ensure coverage of key categories and products

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Some experience of managing paid media campaigns
  • Proficient in Google / Bing Ads, Facebook Ads Manager etc
  • Understanding of creative best practices across Social media
  • Good understanding of Google Analytics
  • Strong analytical skills
  • A background in retail / eComm is preferred
  • IT literate with knowledge and experience of all Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel.
