Systems Analyst
The
people function within The Works is going through an exciting transition phase and we have an amazing
opportunity for a HR Data & Systems Analyst. This is a newly created role and a real
chance to make an impact on the people team and the wider business. We have an ambitious people
agenda to implement in order to support our business plans and we are looking
for a talented individual to join in and contribute to our evolving team and
business.
People are at the centre of everything we do and we
focus all our energy on ensuring they get the best experience. Data and
insights are key to us understanding people, whether it’s applicants,
candidates, colleagues or those leaving our works family. This role plays an
integral part in helping us to understand our people metrics to inform people
related decision making across the business.
In this role you will own the strategy for
people data as well as being our systems ‘guru’ building our people data and MI
capability. You will be building reports
and developing innovative ways to explain data trends and create engaging
visual data presentations. You will build our people reporting capability
through a series of dashboards, combining data from disparate sources and
translating it into reports providing meaningful business insights for your
audience.
This role will provide us the
analysis and recommendations from qualitative and quantitative data to support
the achievement of our people goals and KPIs, support decision making with data
driven back up allowing focussed action planning with our overall mission to be
an employer of choice.
