This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our Property team based at our custom built Support Centre on Hams Hall Distribution Park, Coleshill.

Duties

  • Receive and action maintenance requests received from stores via Propman, telephone and e-mail.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate the carrying out of maintenance requests by obtaining quotes from contractors, placing orders, monitoring progress and liaising with stores to ensure works have been carried out satisfactorily.
  • Administration duties including production of purchase orders, checking and authorising invoices, general correspondence.
  • Liaise with Project Manager regarding types of fittings and quantities required for new stores, order fittings accordingly and ensure delivery for handover dates.
  • Organise routine waste collection services for all stores. Order ad-hoc waste facilities such as skips as and when required. Address collection of refuse.
  • Ensure cost efficiency by monitoring maintenance spend, providing weekly management reports and sourcing cost comparisons from various suppliers.
  • Arrange all property related insurance works.
Experience
  • Minimum twelve months experience in a property environment essential
  • Knowledge of Fire Regulations 2005
  • Competent in Health & safety Awareness
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Flexible, with the ability to multi-task
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of team and also on own initiative
  • Competent in the use of MS Office including Excel
  • Ability to learn and use in-house computer packages
