Some of the key responsibilities you will need to undertake.

  • An opportunity to join an exciting and vibrant department with professional development opportunities.
  • Supporting the Portfolio Manager & Property Director and wider team as appropriate
  • Populating property database accurately with key dates, leases & documentation
  • Keep on top of any key date reminders and property diary
  • Basic administration tasks such as filing and scanning
  • Answering maintenance/property related queries by reviewing leases
  • Reviewing rental payments for accounts in accordance with lease provisions
  • Recording invoices as and when appropriate and liaising with external agents and internal accounts departments
  • Assisting in the preparation/ collation of reports for the department and wider company.
The bits we are looking for in you

  • Graduate with a real interest in property and/or retail or a candidate who has worked within a property or legal field with experience of leases and associated documents.
  • Professional and confident grasp of both the spoken and written word
  • Comfortable with dealing with a mix of professionals e.g. commercial agents and solicitors
  • Outgoing and hard working
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong IT and administration skills
  • Basic understanding of commercial property – leases and key dates
