The Wren, a gastropub with a focus on quality cocktails, is looking for a passionate, motivated, and talented Event Manager to join our management team. As a small bar and restaurant group based in Manhattan and Queens, we include seven gastropubs founded to service the local community. This is a great opportunity for an individual with a hospitality and event background, looking to join a quickly growing team.

WHO YOU ARE:
- Experience in NYC Hospitality Industry
- Proficient in Microsoft programs
- Excellent verbal and written/digital communication skills
- Basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
- Warm, Friendly, and Hospitable Disposition
- Team Player with a roll up your sleeves attitude
- Open Availability - including nights and weekends
- Exceptional Organizational Skills & Attention to Detail
- NYC Event Planning Experience
- Experience using TripleSeat preferred

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Handle all aspects of booking and executing private events at The Wren
- Work closely with management team and chef to oversee the schedule, logistics, staffing, and overall success of all events
- Prompt response time for all incoming event inquiries and client follow-ups
- Explore new markets, targeting larger event budgets
- Plan and manage ticketed events such as New Year’s Eve
- Floor management shifts
