The company operates some the best Pubs and Restaurants in the Cotswolds and this is their brand-new concept. The Head Chef is senior guy from Hawksmoor relocating from London.

The food and concept is simple but based around using the best ingredients available and treating them with skill and respect.

Brand new open kitchen with lots of cooking over fire …!!! Working with chef Richard Turner and Richard Sandiford who have created an exceptionally diverse menu.

The Company – Luxury Pub & Restaurants – Junior Sous

They operate some of the Cotswolds most loved Restaurants and have a reputation for great hospitality and award-winning food. More new openings and opportunities planned for 2021.

The role – To cook great food with passion – Junior Sous

  • To be able to manage and develop a team
  • To be able to oversee busy services (150 Covers)
  • To work with the team in developing menu ideas 
  • To bring great energy to the team
  • To ensure the hygiene standard of the premises remain high
  • Be involved with planning menus with changes as agreed
  • Ensure stock is of highest quality and that at all times we have what is needed to fulfil the menu
  • Management of kitchen staff to ensure meals are prepped, cooked and delivered to an excellent standard
  • Ensure the kitchen remains clean and tidy

Essential Experience – Must be a team player first – Junior Sous

  • Must have experience from quality high-end kitchens
  • Used to dealing with the very best produce - Meat & Fish
  • Used to managing junior staff
  • Lots of Grill and fire cooking a big bonus

The Package – Junior Sous 25k- 30k 

  •  Working with an amazing Head Chef and senior team
  • You will be part of the brand-new opening, recruitment, training etc
  • State of the art kitchen
  • Using the best ingredients
