The role – To oversee the Pub Operation of the restaurant and dining rooms –Restaurant Manager

We are looking for the warmest, most hospitable Manager out there. You will be running the heart of the operation where guests relax and unwind. You and your team will create and deliver the very best pub and dining experience through warm service and genuine hospitality. 

Essential Experience – Restaurant Manager

You have a keen knowledge of wines, spirits, operational systems and stock taking.

You have to have great customer service and skills with in a high-end restaurant / pub experience but in a relaxed environment. Your guests will range from locals to people staying for special occasions.

We are looking for a manager that has an exceptional eye for detail, that has experience of working in great venues and wants to bring it to this luxury country pub in the heart of the Cotswolds.

The Package – Restaurant Manager – 28k – 35k

• Working with an amazing front of house and back of house senior team
• You will be part of the brand-new opening, recruitment, training, pub list development, stocktaking etc
• Big focus on training and development
• Using the best ingredients
