It will be a mix of a warm local Cotswold pub but with a cool vibe, the food concept centred around open flame cooking and big cuts from the open counter kitchen, attracting foodies from around the UK.

They Operate some of the Cotswolds most loved restaurants, pubs and inns and have a reputation for great hospitality and award-winning food & drink operations. There will be more new openings and opportunities planned for 2021.

The role – Waiter or Waitress

We are looking for the warmest, most hospitable team out there. You will be part of the heart of the operation where guests relax and unwind. You will deliver and enhance the very best pub and dining experience through warm service and genuine hospitality. 

Essential Experience – Waiter or Waitress

As Waiter or Waitress:

·        A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar customer interacting environment

·        Assist in ensuring the restaurant is running to an extremely high standard.

·        Have a friendly, warm yet professional personality.

·        Be a strong team player.

·        You have a basic bar knowledge.

·        An appreciation and understanding in the basics of wines would be preferred but not necessary .

·        We are looking for individuals that have a thirst for knowledge and a passion for our industry.

·        Greet customer as they enter premises and see them to a table, ensure any special requirements are actioned

·        Take customers drink and food orders accurately

·        Work with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure food and drink order fulfilled

The Package –Waiter – dependant on experience  

• Working with an amazing front of house and back of house senior team.
• You will be part of the brand-new opening, recruitment, training, pub list development, stocktaking
• Big focus on training and development.
• Using the best ingredients from the region
