Pub Head Chef or Pub Kitchen Manager

We are looking for a Pub Kitchen Manager (Pub Head Chef), to work at our venue Exmouth Arms on Exmouth Market

About The Candidate

You will need to have;
- A love of high quality British and European Gastro Classics that compliment a range of craft beers, specialist spirits and distinctive wines
- Experience of preparing fresh dishes whilst overseeing a variety of stations including fish and grills
- Ability to make a great Sunday Roast 
- A passion for quality ingredients from [fresh Cod and spiced Napoli sausages to Baby Kale and Roquito Peppers]- list relevant ingredients
- Skills in team building and development in a positive and inclusive atmosphere
- Proficient at managing stock, rotas, budgets and GPs
- Qualifications in Food Safety, Health and Safety, First Aid
- Able to motivate and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations to maintain a clean kitchen

About The Role

- You will be working in partnership with your team of dedicated chefs
- You will ensure a high standard of food preparation, kitchen management and team development
- You will collaborate with the General Manager to ensure effective service, efficient bookings and GPs that support the business
- You will be fully supported by our team of talented Executive Chefs

Pay & Benefits

- up to £33k depending on experience
- annual bonus

"Exmouth Arms is right in the middle of Exmouth Market; a very warm and close-knit little community of bars, restaurants and cafes. It's the sort of street where people know your name this gives us a loyal, regular customer base.

The pub is set out across two floors. With views overlooking the market the upstairs is a dining room for lunch and a cosy cocktail bar in the evening. We have 20 beer lines. There is always something exciting on tap making us a bit of a destination for craft beer fans. We also have the best Sunday Roast in town!"
