Chilled Pubs is an award winning and growing pub company with five beautiful, cosy pub restaurants in fantastic locations. We are currently looking for Kitchen Porters to help our team of warm and friendly chefs on our journey to be recognised as the best small pub company in the UK.
We need people who naturally love to help and enjoy being part of a ‘warm and friendly’ team
If you:
- Are genuinely ‘warm and friendly’
- Love helping others
- Understand the importance of teamwork
- Enjoy being busy
- Are keen to learn and develop
- You will absolutely love working in Chilled pubs.
What will the job involve?
You will be working in the kitchen helping our talented kitchen team to deliver WOW food.
You will be helping to wash the dishes and pots but you will also help our chefs during service by fetching anything they need.
Our pubs are very busy places where you will need to enjoy keeping busy and be able to multi-task.
We will provide plenty of support and any training that you will need, so previous experience is not necessary – but if you have any that is a huge bonus.

Chilled Pubs is an award- winning pub company with five stunning and very cosy pub restaurants in fantastic locations. We are looking to expand to about 15 pubs over the next 10 years and are already on the search for our next pub.
Our pubs are all about bringing people together. They are all characterful and cosy with a reputation for ‘informal quality’ ie. serving seriously good fresh food and quirky cocktails in an ‘unserious’ way. Each pub has an authentic wood fired oven in the middle of the pub and we make fresh gelato every single day as we are committed to quality. We have a fantastic team of superstars who are all genuinely ‘Guest Obsessed’ but we are always looking for more superstars to help us deliver WOW food and service to our guests.

The Hunloke Arms is an iconic pub. It is a stunning Grade II Georgian listed building in a beautiful village just outside Chesterfield. It has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment to ‘cosify’ the pub and create a magical beer garden where you can chill and enjoy our quirky cocktails or an amazing gelato creations. The Hunloke has been so successful that we now need to expand and create a second restaurant upstairs, so we need to recruit more superstars.
