Livelyhood Pub Group is on the hunt for its next inspiring General Manager to drive sales at it's local, independent, neighbourhood Pub The Perky Nel -Clapham South
This cracking, neighbourhood local opened last February. There have been lots of exciting investments in the food offer and the look of the venue (with more to come) - meaning there are real opportunities for the right person to take the venue forward to the next stage in its journey.
Our Ideal General Manager will:-
• Grow the business & sales & will have a proven track of succeeding in business growth
• Be a truly front of house and people focused General Manager - who will love our customers & thrive on developing
their team (there are some shining stars at this site)
• Genuinely believe in tweaking environments to create a cracking atmosphere
• Bring the fun - REALLY bring the fun
• Be keen to work with a growing, independent, South London operator.

Our dedicated sports area features giant screens showing all the latest games and our large outdoor terrace has fantastic views out over the Common.
The Perky Nel is also located across the street from Clapham South tube station, making it an ideal commute

What we are offering?
- A very competitive salary up to £35 - £40k (based on experience you are bringing).
- Plus very generous service/tronc payments on top - a further £4.5K per annum as a good steer
-Highly competitive GM bonus plans – quarterly bonus opportunity (£1,000 a quarter) PLUS annual GM bonus pot (£5,000)
