Description
Servers are expected to;
- guide guest experience with knowledge of food, wine and cocktails
- maintain a positive guest experience with restaurant standards of service
- work with fellow team members to create a positive environment for guests and colleagues
- complete all assigned sidework (clearing and setting tables, polishing silverware and glassware, etc.)
- assist Chef and BOH team with prep when needed
- maintain clean work stations in the restaurant
- communicate clearly with both service and culinary teams
