Description
SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER, HOTEL PARTNERSHIPS
The Senior Marketing Manager, Hotel Partnerships serves as the primary day-to-day lead for marketing, PR and social media outreach for ThinkFoodGroup’s hotel partnership restaurants, currently at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, SLS Hotels, MGM National Harbor and The Cove at Atlantis. The position reports jointly to TFG’s Chief Marketing Officer and Brand and Marketing Director and works closely with the Hotel Partnerships operations/culinary teams and the individual partner restaurant teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Acts as primary TFG day-to-day marketing and communications contact for all hotel partners and partner restaurants
• Works with each property’s marketing team on development and implementation of annual restaurant marketing plans, along with restaurant teams
• Develops and oversees implementation of launch marketing strategies for all new hotel partner restaurants in collaboration with partners to maximize awareness, buzz and trial
• Enforces brand standards with all hotel partner restaurants and brands for all collateral and digital assets
• Coordinates marketing, digital, PR and social media strategies and activities with counterparts on TFG’s in-house teams and any outside agencies
• Helps manage partner restaurants social media feeds, in collaboration with TFG’s Sr. Social Media Manager
• Acts as lead TFG marketing and communications representative in collaboration with TFG’s Hotel Partnerships team
• Hosts monthly marketing calls with partners’ property marketing & communications teams and agencies, creating agendas and tracking follow-up
• Participates in monthly business review meetings with partners and TFG hotel partnership team

Required Experience:
• At least four years’ prior experience in marketing and communications is required, preferably in the luxury hospitality or food & beverage arena
• Proven success in developing and executing results-driven marketing plans and initiatives
• Direct experience with message development and managing PR and social media campaigns
• Direct experience with digital marketing including email, SEM and websites
• Strong eye for branding and design, with experience in brand management and collateral creation
• Solid passion for the culinary and hospitality world
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently, take initiative to identify and accomplish tasks
• Ability to creatively problem-solve and overcome obstacles to achieve goals
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing high growth company
• Knowledge and comfort level with MS Office, especially Excel, as well as Adobe Creative Suite
