Talent Acquisition Specialist

Description
Third Space is a collection of luxury health clubs in London; individual in style, bound by a common philosophy: to provide outstanding fitness spaces that members feel are their own. Our people are the creators that bring the space to life. We’re a team of motivators, inventors, and coaches; always striving to grow and evolve. It’s not just a job, it’s a lifestyle. We inspire our members to fulfil their lives and they rely on us…and we wouldn’t have it any other way. This is our space.

With the opening of brand new, extraordinary clubs in inspiring locations across London, alongside the development of a compelling Employee Value Proposition, this is the time to come on board the People team at a company that genuinely strives to be the Best in Class. We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will work with the Group Talent Manager and People Administrator to ensure we successfully plan, organise and execute our ambitious recruitment strategy in line with our business growth.

Your mission will be to work alongside key business stakeholders to ensure that we are always able to hire the best talent into the right roles at the right time. You’ll be the gatekeeper and ensure that we uphold our brand quality and values when recruiting junior to mid-level hires including Personal Trainers, Group Exercise Instructors and Member Concierge. In addition to this:

- You’ll partner with hiring managers and Heads of Department to provide guidance and support on best practice and selection of candidates.
- You will utilise and develop our internal and external channels to maintain high direct and quality sourcing success, as well as create talent maps which will ensure that we are engaging with future talent for Third Space.
- You’ll organise and oversee the Assessment and Audition process for our future Personal Trainers, Member Concierge Team Members and Group Exercise Instructors and help to ensure we provide our applicants with relevant and realistic feedback and an amazing experience from the moment they choose to interact with us.
- You’ll also manage the end to end recruitment process; advertising all roles, screening CV’s appropriately, conducting interviews, managing offers and feedback, ensuring a positive candidate experience from application through to offer/decline.
- You’ll also be involved in some innovative recruitment projects to improve our processes, solve key recruitment challenges and impact our employer brand.

About You
We’re keeping an open mind on where you gained your recruitment experience, but we know for sure that you’ll need to have experience managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and be able to build strong relationships with multiple business stakeholders. Perhaps you’re an agency recruiter looking to make a move in-house, a graduate recruiter who is looking for a more diverse pool of exceptional candidates to work with, an in-house recruiter looking to work for one of the most exciting brands in London, or a hybrid of all – what we really want is a dedicated, high energy and passionate recruiter. You’ll need to have and be able to demonstrate your experience working in a fast-paced, deadline driven, customer focused environment as well as your ability to ensure a positive and memorable candidate experience to everyone who interacts with us.

More specifically-
• You’ll have experience and knowledge of full life cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening and shortlisting, networking, assessing, interviewing, giving feedback, offer management and talent pooling.
• You’ll be a pro at managing your time and diary effectively, knowing when and how to prioritise multiple demands and have the courage to challenge when appropriate.
• Proven success in direct sourcing, high volume recruitment and working for premium, service driven brands. You’ll also have experience of working with an ATS, we use Harri which is really user-friendly and we’ll get you trained up quickly.
• You’re pragmatic, solutions focused and take a hands-on approach to understanding our systems and processes.
• You are approachable and have a friendly manner which allows you to build credible relationships with our business stakeholders in order to chase down necessary information from them when needed and manage their expectations realistically.
• You’re curious and have a willingness to learn. Whilst some of our processes are non-negotiable, we strive for continuous improvement, which means you’re able to spot inefficiencies and make recommendations for better ways of working. You’ll also enjoy getting into the detail
• You’re self-driven, self-motivated and tenacious. You’ll naturally enjoy working in an ambiguous environment, ensuring everything is well executed!

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a rewarding role which will help us to seek out the most exceptional talent in London, in addition, you and a friend or family member will be given a complimentary Group membership which will give you both access to all of our clubs and we will actively encourage you to use your additional benefits which include discounted rates across our Spa, Medical, Nutrition and Hospitality brands to ensure that your health and well-being stays central to everything that we do. Additionally, you’ll be rewarded with a good holiday allowance, study support (if applicable) and quarterly team away days to have input to the overall People strategy.

If you’re interested in joining a luxury, entrepreneurial and people-centric business and keen to understand the workings of a high performing recruitment team, this could be the opportunity for you. Click here to apply now.
